A selection of four Spanish cheeses from our deli selection, for an introduction to the cheese varieties of Spain. Manchego (sheep, firm), Mahon (cow, semi-cured), Murcia al Vino (goat, semi-soft), and San Simon (cow, smoked semi-soft). Includes four types of cheeses x 50g each.
