Pale yellow, clean and bright. Clean, intense and aromatic on the nose, with notes of mature white fruits such as pears and peaches, and tropical fruits, with hints of brown glacé. On the palate, white fruits, citrus, and pastry; well-structured and fine integrated bubbles, ending long, fresh and dry.
