Cherry red with a purple tint, the wine shows a perfumed scent of blackcurrant jam on toast. The palate is full, jammy, displaying very ripe, candied red fruits, sweet plum, round and succulent. Tannins are soft with no hard edges. Very smooth and delicious with a long toasty finish. A wine to be enjoyed with food.
