Chef Edward has prepared a special menu inspired by the flavours of four wines by collaborating with sustainable food producers and utilizing seasonal ingredients to design a menu that not only tantalizes the taste buds but is also environmentally friendly. 

So, come on down and join us for this hand-crafted dinner by our Executive Chef Edward Lim Esmero and his team, thoughtfully designed to compliment the flavour profiles of each wine selection.
