Pago el Espino is an elegant introduction to the bodega, outstanding for its balance and elegance, a veritable symphony of fruit, fragrances and lightly-toasted spices. The aim of achieving the greatest expression of the wine by using larger oak casks has resulted in a perfect natural acidity that produces a long taste in the mouth that at the same time is smooth and fresh.
